How do i use boric acid suppositories
With clean hands or applicator Insert one suppository into the vagina as far as possible, preferably before bedtime for best result .
Wear a panty liner. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (wear a thin pad or liner ) but understand that this is normal for BV and yeast infection Use 1 suppository for 5-7 consecutive days, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Avoid sexual intercourse when using this product. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse.
For ongoing maintenance, use one suppository 1-2 times a week. You may benefit from using a suppository after sex, or during the last days of your period.
