RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return a purchase. To ensure a smooth process, please take a moment to review our policy:

30-Day Return Period: After receiving your item, you have up to 30 days to request a return. We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for a Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the item you're returning must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return: If you need to make a return, please contact us at:

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to cover the expenses associated with returning the item.

Damages and Issues: When you receive your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll work closely with you to assess the issue and find a solution.

Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about the eligibility of a specific item for return, please reach out to us.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is by returning the item you have and, once the return is approved, making a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly notify you whether the refund is approved. If it is approved, you will automatically receive the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.
